"Staff is very friendly "

"The hotel is right in front of the iconic waterfront or Nyhavn. I think nothing can beat this location. It also accessible by Metro which is just about 8-10 mins walk.. Being in the center of tourist area,restaurants and shops abounds. It's also walking distance to other tourist spots. The hotel rooms are clean, with airconditioning and heating system. Hot water in the shower and wifi connections are all working well. The beds are comfortable with two big and two small pillows. They have a safe for your valuable. They offer good breakfast if you include it in your reservation. Bathroom amenities are very basic. They only provide shower gel and shampoo which are in the container/dispenser that are attached to the wall. The staff are welcoming and helpful. With its location and cleanliness, I will surely stay in this hotel again."

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were all very professional and welcoming. Our room was very pleasant and clean. The hotel served a very nice breakfast each morning."

"The location was excellent, only a block away from Nyhavn and a convenience store located kitty corner to the hotel. The room was small but it was no issue. It had everything we required and it was very clean. Storage rental lockers available in the basement to store luggage if arriving hours prior to check in, which was helpful. Staff were welcoming and friendly."

"I only wish some shelving and towel racks were provided. There was so much empty walls to install them. We had a stay of 10 days and there was only one shelf to keep things. Our suitcases acted as the store area which was frustrating. Being minimalist meant that customers had to be inconvenienced!"

"Room was not cleaned or vacuumed. Towel had a long hair on it. Couldn’t move in the shower. I imagine it’s similar to sleeping in a mobile home."
