"I travel regularly around the world for work, and I can say without hesitation that this was the worst hotel experience of my life.
The establishment is deeply disorganized. I would like to point out that the staff on site did their best to assist me and were courteous and attentive...but this does not make up for the major shortcomings.
Given the extremely high price I paid, the conditions were simply unacceptable: no soap or shampoo, a malfunctioning hairdryer, no kettle in the room, no refrigerator, and only one pillow. Overall, it felt more like a youth hostel, or worse, than a hotel of this standard.
Finally, it is particularly shocking to note that, despite having booked several months in advance, colleagues who reserved less than a week before their stay paid nearly three times less for a comparable room. This situation is absurd and raises serious concerns about pricing practices."
