"LIKE: Near the commercial area, friendly and helpful staff DID NOT LIKE: hotel parking fee (although waived) and parking area is not covered, although room is clean but needs upgrading to look more modern and bright; hinge of the bathroom door is not properly aligned-needs some maneuvering to close the door"

"As soon my partner and I arrived we were greeted by the owners. Very polite. We were early for our room, so the owner offered to put our luggage’s in a room while our room was cleaning. The owner give us great places to go visit. When we got to our room, there was a card, when I open it, it said “happy birthday”. "Staff at breakfast and during check in:check out was great! Sufficient parking at location. On day 2 of our 3 day stay, came back at end if day to find door left open by cleaning staff, who had arrived when we left at 10:30am. Asked for a manager to call and never received a call. Went down stairs on several occasions to speak to a manager, who was never there or available. In addition, coffee not replaced each day and towels were not replaced on final day. Would recommend customers to look at...
