"Overall, the hotel was beautiful. The people are nice but I’m having a hard time getting back my $150 deposit it’s been going on almost 3 weeks and they tell you you get it back within 2 to 5 business days and I’m going on 21 days."

"El hotel debería proporcionar transporte desde el edificio donde se hace el check in hasta el edificio #2 del alojamiento.
