We had a brilliant stay, the staff on arrival were super helpful and the room was just what we needed. It was located easily for a quick stop at Whole Foods for a takeaway dinner and a coffee in the morning and the transport to the cruise port was seamless. The bar was lovely with a relaxed vibe for a drink in the evening as the sun was setting.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Miami. The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We requested a room with a river view, and they were able to accommodate our request, which we really appreciated. The view was beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again!
