"The hotel & staff were very nice what I had a problem with was the host said there would be a key fob available in the unit so we could use the amenities, well we went to the pool but couldn’t get in, went down to concierge and they let us know we needed a key fob to get into the pool. We called tbe host & he said it was in the room, we looked everywhere and let him know it was not, he said since it was the weekend no one could come and look for the key fob in the room till after 2 p.m he no one...

"Loved that there was free parking because parking is a big issue in Miami. The environment was clean and cozy. The check in process was quick and seamless. It would be nice if there was a bottle of water in the fridge at least. Even if it came at a cost, it would have been nice to have something to drink inside. The mattress was an issue because it was worn and had a sink in the middle. I had to use the cushions to help to keep me level on the bed to avoid back pain. The mattress in Room 2...

"I didn’t like to have my room on the second floor without an elevator not for me ,but I had 2 big luggages plus a carry on and I didn’t have any help . The water on sink was draining very slow"
