"The room was great, but if took nearly an hour to get checked in. A wedding was going on and the line of people checking in was to the door. They left one single person to do all the check-ins and handle guest issues. That was truly ridiculous. We ended up running late for the concert we were in town to attend, due to the delays."

"The hotel is decent, it is quite old and definitely needs some things upgraded in the bathrooms but it was fine for a night."

"The entire staff is amazing. Gorgeous hotel is quiet and within walking distance to food, grocery & upscale shopping. Love the hydration stations on all floors (love that tiny ice) & the valet attendants are very personable & professional. Visit the park a few blocks down!"

"Very easy check-in. Meticulously clean room and Bathroom (although the bathroom counter squeaked). Bed was comfortable and room was quiet."

"Staff was very welcoming, unit was clean and the gated parking lot + bright lighting made it feel safe. The only issue was the VERY weak water pressure and heater. It would take several minutes for the water to warm up and it felt like there was barely any water pressure."

"Very friendly staff, unfortunately their convenient store was under stocked. Breafast was decent. But no fruit available or non pork breakfast proteins other than powder eggs and a few cold hard boiled eggs. Room was clean no complaints there. I'd stay here again."

"We have stayed at the Inn at Virginia Mason multiple times because it’s so convenient to the hospital. As a frequent out of town patient, having a room here has become a gift! There is no onsite parking. I recommend parking in the Bucks Pavilion Parking Garage at the bottom of the hill. It’s open 24 hours and the same $ as the open lot. In the warmer months, be aware that the Inn does not have AC (common for in downtown Seattle). They have provided fans as a courtesy in the rooms we have stayed...

"Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel. Das Hotel verströmt einen gediegenen Charme, dunkel getäfelte Bar mit offenem Kaminfeuer, moderne Ohrensessel. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir waren abends ca. 2 Stunden vor Schließung in der Bar. Dort fühlten wir uns allerdings etwas Störenfried; auf der Terrasse wurden wir ziemlich lange ignoriert und dann nicht mehr bedient, weil draußen schon geschlossen sei. In der Bar war die Freundlichkeit offenbar wegen der Uhrzeit (21:15Uhr) auch nicht sonderlich...

"Everything was clean, staff was friendly. Major downfall you cant sleep in the room, the air unit is so loud it rattles non stop. It was the loudest room i have ever tried to sleep in. Really put a damper on the vacation, everyone was exhausted because of lack of sleep. "
