"The property was advertised as having a restaurant bar and café. This was misleading as the bar restaurant and café in the pictures are closed permanently. There were no staff on site. I rang the number on the door and there was no answer. I messaged through Expedia and they have refused ro respond. I have requested a refund as the advertising is misleading and there is still no response or refund. As I write this they are still advertising they have a restaurant and bar and taking money. "Very Disappointing Accommodation. The cabins were extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. The bedding was stained, smelly and covered in hair. The bathroom was filthy, kitchen equipment was sticky or greasy and the outdoor furniture was unusable. Every surface inside and out needed a thorough clean. The only positive was the convenient location near to the Kangaroo Island Ferry."
