"We arrived weary and checked in around 9:30pm. There was a line for check in - I waited about ten minutes. Part of the reason for the wait was there was only 2 people manning this station. When I checked in did not sufficiently understand the breakfast package - the staff person pointed at the hotel and said that’s where you’ll eat breakfast, without reiterating my reservation package - that breakfast was included as a $20 voucher. Therefore, in the morning when I saw the price on the menu- one breakfast item was $18 - I stood in line at Starbucks instead. When I realized my mistake it was a head thumping moment. But I would have appreciated a review or clarification during that check in process."

"It’s always a lovely stay at the encore but the rooms are showing wear and our shades didn’t shut. They came and got them shut but we couldn’t open them in the am. Ready for a facelift, but always a good time."
