This was a celebration for my 30th birthday and they still didn’t take care of the problem when sending maintenance and the cleaner for freshened room. "Staff was very friendly and helpful! Bed was awesome and I wish I checked the brand of pillows so I can buy them! Pretty much everything was great.
Just a couple notes: The auto shades weren’t working and neither was the bathroom exhaust so that wasn’t the best in an accessibility room with the walk in shower. We had to use a lot of towels each time for the floor.
Other than that everything was great and I would stay here again!"

"Overall a great property in a location that can’t be beat! Across the street from the beach and pier. The best part by far for us was the Wyndham Patio restaurant - we could get enough of their breakfast and lunch!!! Gelato from Gelato place in lobby was amazing as well. Some minor issues like TV signal had issues where we couldn’t get channels for the days we were there but they compensated us.

Small fridge on the floor of the room and no microwave.
The staff basically acted as if you were a burden on them.
We stayed at 8 different cities on this two week trip and I wish we would have skipped this one on the way back. The last place we stayed in Ft. Lauderdale was great."
