"The property is excellent with great staff. Our room was very large and well maintained. The car park is a bit chaotic for parking especially with the charging stations blocked by ICE cars who when asked politely by the staff to move to allow a EV vehicle to charge some guests refused to move so to allow for me to charge my car. "

"The room was very well set up with microwave and fridges, and cutlery, crockery for 3. Also a small table with chairs so very easy to organise your own breakfast. Blackout curtains were excellent but a Venetian on the car parks ideal let in a lit of light from the very well lit carpark. Overall comfort was slightly diminished for a light sensitive sleeper."

"Excellent location, staff are mostly friendly especially the room cleaning staff. We had a room on the 1st floor with partial sea view. It was roomy with a nice balcony in a very quiet location. love it! The breakfast and dinner were very nice too. The only downside was the mattress was a bit too soft but once we told the hotel, they offered to turn the mattress or change to another room. We'd definitely stay there again :-)"

"Great location and glamping tent was amazing within the koala sanctuary. Great to hear about the koala hospital and rehabilitation work and to see the sanctuary residents. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Close to Nelson Bay, 1 mile beach and Shoal Bay. "
