When I checked in, I was assigned a room. When I went to the room, it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest (I've attached a photo). They moved me to a room next door, where the toilet was leaking, and the pump would kick on every 30 seconds or so. The front desk attendant had a look at it, but he was able to slow the leak, so it turned on every 5 minutes. So I had to put on a white-noise app on my phone to try to mask the sound so I could get to sleep.
Also, there are no outlets anywhere near the head of the bed (they're all on the far side of the room). I have to sleep with a medical device and had to rearrange the nightstands to cobble together a solution. Also, I try to charge my phone (which I use as a clock and an alarm) on the nightstand, so now I have to charge it on the far side of the room. What a terrible design choice.
