"Staff were great checking us in. Very clean room and quiet. Centered down town close to very good restaurants and shops. Could walk down to the water front stores also. Great start before you embark on a cruise ship or after cruise. We did both before and after cruise. Great time for my wife and I."

"The Ace Hotel is a hidden gem! After a travel day from Hell (7-hr delay and 4 hrs one the tarmac) and constant updates and extensions in waiting for me, I arrived. I had spoken with Tracy earlier and she assured me they'd be there beyond their 8 PM closing. When I arrived, Autumn was so welcoming, helped me to my room, and even upgraded me after my disasterous day. The room and courtyard were so charming and cozy. My bed... "We stayed here pre - cruise. The staff was helpful and friendly. We ate dinner at on site restaurant, food was good, bartender friendly and answered questions about area. The staff set us up with shuttle to the pier and made our trip stress free. Great place!"

"I stayed one for one night for a concert but the little time I did stay at the hotel. It was great. The room was cleaned. Bed was comfortable. staff was nice. I like they had a mini market inside of the hotel that was available 24/7. The food at the restaurant was great!! I ordered a burger and honestly, it was the best burger I’ve had in a very long time! I honestly do not have anything negative to say. I would definitely come back again to stay."

"We loved everything about our hotel room! Very very clean and organized and even though there wasn’t an elevator (due to it being an historic building) we were helped definitely felt comfortable and taken care of."

"Not great, room is small, best suited for a solo travelers. Not accessible outlets, no place to get ready. Fan and refrigerator take up so much room in an already small room."

"A wonderful hotel: very nice supportive staff, artfully designed well maintained property, easy safe parking. Room is spacious with modern appliances (TV is a bit small for a room size)). Area is safe in a daytime. Few angry individuals we observed on a way back to a hotel at night, coming from bar area… but, all in all it’s a good safe hotel to stay if you visit Seattle."

"When asked how much parking was they told me 40$. I just received my receipt in my email and they charge you a 10$ parking tax. How can you add a 10 $ tax to a 40 $ charge and not even say anything about it. Hotel was fine but this rubs me the wrong way . This alone makes me not want to stay at a Marriott property again ."
