"The Suite was dirt the sheets had blood on it and Management just brushed it off. I had a Horrible Experience I’ll never return."

"Breakfast not the greatest. Coffee was horrible, watered down. When myself and other guests complained, staff just said it might be the beans and just shrugged lol. Front desk didn’t advise there’s a charge for parking upon check in. Normally this disclosed upon check in so guests are aware, not just charge the credit card on file without notice. Room had dust hanging from the ceilings. "

"Just a 5 mins walk to subway, rooftop for breakfast in morning is nice, view in distance of the unisphere and one world trade whilst you having your first cuppa coffee . Handy Target shop opposite . Rooms are basic but they are clean and staff are polite. Cannot argue with the price."

"It’s a big full service hotel and I thought good value. Large corner room with 2 windows and views. Large bathroom decorated brilliant white. Leather sofa in room. Coffee and pastries available early downstairs Saturday morning as alternative to room service or restaurant. Staff all helpful."

Overpriced at $560 per night Tiny rooms dirty hallways No water in room Room phone was not connected to the front desk so I had to get redressed to go to the lobby to ask about taxis. Tried to call the desk and he was on the phone with his friend."
