"I left this stay with a very bad taste in my mouth. Breakfast was consistently terrible—eggs were undercooked, the French toast was inedible, and the orange juice tasted like watered-down concentrate. On the second day, my mom tried the omelets and they were also undercooked, which made it clear this wasn’t a one-off issue.
The room itself was disappointing. I even noticed a few carpet beetles, which I chose not to escalate at the time, but it certainly added to the discomfort. On top of that, I was overcharged—the price I booked through Expedia did not match the final bill from the hotel, which is unacceptable.
The check-in experience was also unpleasant. Staff were visibly frustrated when I declined a king bed and requested the double queen I had specifically booked. That kind of attitude is not what I expect, especially from a Hilton property.
Overall, this was the worst Embassy Suites experience I’ve had—and that says a lot given the expectations for a location in the Seattle/Bellevue area. I’ve stayed at many Hilton hotels before, and this one fell far below standard in nearly every way."
