"This is a conveniently located boutique hotel in North Berkeley, not far from Central Berkeley and UCB campus. I stayed here to see a show at the Greek Theatre and it worked out well, it’s a 15-20 minute walk (much easier on the way back as it is more downhill). The room was well appointed with the usual amenities (shampoo, soap, hair dryer) and a few nice touches (a toothbrush/toothpaste kit if you happened to forget yours, a stool in the shower). No parking onsite. I parked in the next door...

"The property meet all my expectations. The pool was nice, water was clean, jacuzzi was clean and good temperature. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area was spacious, and many options for food. Overall satisfied with the hotel. I had a digital card, which was great. Requested extended time as well and was honored!"

"This is my second stay and I really do love it here. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are well decorated and comfortable. The parking is good and area is quiet plus nearby a wonderful shopping center. I cannot recommend this place enough."

Appreciated the step in shower.

"Perfect place to stay with our daughter! She loved the pool, and the lobby restaurant had games and blocks that her and other kids loved, and had no issue with our dog there as well.
Easy transit connections too, F street car was 2 blocks away, and 28 and 30 buses were right out front.
Francisco Park (which has a playground and an incredible view) was a quick walk uphill, and some food and coffee options right around the hotel. Would highly recommend for families.
Only downside was parking...

"Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds and towels are done and replaced daily with fresh ones. WiFi is not the best due to being located near the marina but most of the days were spent out of hotel. Rooms came with microwave and a fridge to store drinks and reheat food. Toilet is in good condition and usable.
Stay was pleasant. I enjoyed it. Quiet area during the night."

"The floor we stayed on smelled like a litter box. The staff were very unpleasant. You can try calling the front desk all day and they will ignore your calls. I sat in the lobby and watched them ignore my call."

"We had the Junior suite but were quite disapointed with the room quality, furniture and room were quite worn out and I expected the view to be a bit better (other rooms).
