"The property needs an electric upgrade. There are no outlets and the ones they have 4 plugs are connected into them. Could use a better TV and elongated toilet seat in the bathroom. Fiberglass in the tub was chipped off."

"Hotel certainly not ready for travelers. Had to find off street parking in heavy rain just to check in. Next day, shower did not work. Had to shower in another room. No coffee avail at the hotel. Should not have been open with the lack of expected amenities."

"Property is in dire need of restoration. Restaurant and Bar area very nice, other than that it is 2 star property at best. They charge a resort fee of $25 per night, not sure what that was for as it is certainly not a resort. We were originally in one of their suites over the check-in counter and it was not what was advertised on pictures. They moved us to the Meckenburg???, which had been updated and was much nicer, but not worth the $500/night all in we were charged for our stay. I would...

"The inn is very well located, easy 20 min walk to the beach or 5 min to the port. Bonus to have a continental breakfast included. Room is clean, bed is comfortable with excellent pillows and towels. However the washrooms are dated, but adequate."

"We took my granddaughter to utilize the pool on her school vacation week. Pool was.great, breakfast was awesome and I liked the later (11:00 AM) checkout so she was able to swim again in the morning. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was top notch. Only thing I was concerned with was the metal door stop on the floor in the bathroom right in front of the tub. When placing the towel on the floor, just be careful when stepping out of the tub, so you don't hurt yourself. 5 stars 🌟"

"Office was closed at 4:30 on a Sunday. They left a key in an envelope for “late check in’s” At 4:30pm??? Let myself in to the deserted office and spotted a 20something on her phone in the lobby. She showed me the envelope that contained a 2nd floor room. I asked her if we could switch to a downstairs room near the parking space since the place was clearly without any guests. She said she didn’t have the ability to do this and would need to contact the owner. 20 minutes later she appeared and...

The guests on either side were extremely loud to 3 am, on a few occasions, making it an absolutely miserable experience. Grateful they allow dogs.
