"Have been booking this hotel every time we’re in Norfolk, it’s such a great location in between norfolk and Virginia Beach. Close to all shopping centers and restaurants. The establishment itself is clean, staff has been nothing but amazing, very welcoming and warming. The rooms are spacious. We normally travel in 6. 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents and we all fit in the suite comfortably.
There are busy times, when the pool is crowded so the water doesn’t look as clear, and the breakfast...

"This was one of the worst hotels I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. The property was consistently dirty, with stained, worn carpets throughout the building and a persistent odor that never seemed to go away. The lobby frequently smelled like marijuana, creating an unwelcoming first impression.
The room itself was disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, and the WiFi was unreliable, cutting out repeatedly during my stay.
