"Nice clean hotel for short stay."

"Little to no decorations on the walls in our room and a hassock for a nightstand. No wash clothes or hand towels, just bath towels. Bare minimum, but it was fine. The lady at the desk was helpful."

"The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay."

"Our room had curtains that we could not close because they were ripped. We had to use a hanger to keep them close because people could see right into our room. We prepaid for the room and then was charged again when we got there and are still awaiting a refund. The woman at the desk, unfortunately did not know how to correct it and it appears that the manager that came by did not either because the amount is still not returned to me, although the $35 incidental fee has been refunded."

"Must stay here is great. Everything was clean and the atmosphere had good energy. Definitely recommend for my next vacation. Only thing the stopper in the tub was broke in the room that I stayed in. They should pay more detail details with little things like this, but other than that great job!"

"Room smelled like smoke when we got inside so we burned an incense and got put out for smoke smell and it wasn’t even us we had our 1yr old with us . No towels in the room we had to ask front desk I also had to do some cleaning myself the bathroom wasn’t to my standards this hotel use to look way better about 2-3 years ago now after dark it looks like crackhead central lots of activity outside at night even the police were in the parking lot most of the night"

I booked a room with two double beds through my Expedia app. The property gave me a room with one (single) bed and a couch that was so filthy and full of brown stains my dog would not sleep on it. The pictures of the rooms on the internet are not actually what the rooms look like. I told the man at the front I booked a room with double beds. He claimed that was the last room available. I told him since they did not deliver on the correct room I booked there would be no other...
