"Very old property with shabby maintenance. Nobody at the front desk for check in. Had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to show up. Most of the guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with no elevator. The hotel predates the ADA, so not friendly for people with disabilities. Room climate control was set on full cool but only managed to keep the room at 74°F."

"The worst property I’ve ever stayed at, can’t believe it’s on Expedia. There is no reception, ur key is an app online which I had to wait an hour outside the place to get when checking in as no one was responding and this key also disabled during my stay meaning I couldn’t get back in and had to wait a further 3 hours for a response to make it work.
No blackout curtains meaning ur room is fully bright by 5/6 am, I was right next to the main door which slammed all night too including people...
