"Staff was rude. I checked in and the guy at the desk didn’t say 2 words to me… except, “ID?” & “put your card in to pay the deposit” I had to ask all the questions that should’ve been told me, such as how much the deposit was and what it was for … later that day, I witnessed another staff member yell at a handicapped elderly women…. It was rather disturbing as she was being very polite.. all the staff seems to hate their job… I checked out the same night and just drove 2 hours back home… beds are very hard and upon check in, a maintenance worker was in the bathroom unclogging the bathroom sink and there was hair left in the sink, hair in the shower and hair in the bed from previous customers."

"The hotel was easy to find. Only 15 minutes from downtown. The lobby was clean/inviting. Check-in was quick and smooth. Staff were friendly. The room was well decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable."

"Airport shuttle ready and waiting at 6 am. Pool was pretty, warm and clean! The room was clean and cute! The staff was very friendly, personable and helpful. Didn’t have ice on room floors would be my only complaint. Did offer to bring some to the room though"
