"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I checked in around 4 PM and left by 6 PM because the room was absolutely disgusting. The entire room smelled terrible, the bathroom was filthy, and there was already used toilet paper left behind when I arrived. Clearly, the room was not cleaned properly before giving it to a guest.
The room was also extremely small and nothing like what was expected or advertised. Paying customers should not have to walk into a dirty, foul-smelling...

"Definitely the best location in Seattle. Roof deck makes the hotel worthwhile on its own. The rooms are great and the staff is very nice. Lobby is comfortable and actually a nice place to hang out or work in the morning. It seems to always be very reasonably priced for how nice a hotel in such a great location that it is."
