Exactly as expected. Quick and easy check in/out. Staff was friendly and helpfully. Room was clean. Overall property is a bit dated, but I would stay again on a heartbeat. Also dog friendly so we were able to travel with our princess.
An older property but in very good condition...we felt welcomed ...the king room was excellent ...since it is off the main highway in a wooded scenic setting it is quiet with no road noise....breakfast was good...everything very clean....excellent price
We had a pleasant stay here. The balcony with the view was a great feature to have. We didn't get to use the amenities (pool, game room, putt putt golf) but they all looked great and inviting. I would love to stay here in warmer months!
The hotel does seem older. While it's decently maintained, it does show it's age in some yellowing, and in the stale smell that lingered.
Breakfast and Staff are amazing, all the other things are ok

Great location, near to many major stores and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has structure, heated pool, outdoor playground and spacious rooms. It’s outdated but still okay.

Loved that this property was set off the road. It had lots of acreage to roam around. The view of the mountains was a bonus. The staff were cheerful and helpful. You can see that the property was once a sought out destination decades ago, however it is now truly needing upgrades. However, the old character should not be replaced.
Only stayed one night so we didn’t explore too much. Property was quiet despite being close to town though the walls are a bit thin so we could kinda hear people in the next room. Beds were comfy. Would stay again.

This place could use an update and the stairwells and halls smell very musty, but the beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night so I didn’t use any of the amenities.

The room was very clean, however the stairway and hallways could use a face-lift. We were on the second floor and there were no elevators. Continental breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, hash browns, yogurt, donuts, juice, cereal, toast and etc. Staff was very informative. Parking was far from our room.

Great location, excellent front desk( allowed early check in),Good breakfast, beautiful mountain views from room.Disappointed outdoor pool closed for season in mid September and indoor pool wasn't open yet.Otherwise a good experience.
I loved the outdoor pool, very large. The breakfast was from 7:00 - 9:00 a.m. a little too early for me, but everyone in my party enjoyed it. I did not like having to park so far away from motel to carry luggage since I am a senior citizen. But I would still recommend this hotel because of the value for the dollar.

While the front desk lobby and breakfast area were pleasant—and the breakfast options were actually quite good—the rest of the property needs significant updating. The hotel feels very old, with outdated furniture in the rooms. Worse, the carpets were extremely dirty and caused a nasty odor throughout the room. Overall, the poor condition of the room made for an uncomfortable stay.
The property was clean and the staff was very helpful. The room was clean and having a balcony was huge.

Rooms super clean. Breakfast was one of the best we had at a hotel. Tons of variety and hot food!
The property overall is great but getting very dated with such items as the pool and grounds overall. We get that’s it’s difficult with a property so large.
Would stay again for the right price.
Ok for a night, but the shower left a lot to desire, and the pool areas made me feel like I should get a tetanus shot. Bedding seemed clean enough. But again probably would not stay again unless in a pinch. None of the children minded so was again fine for an evening.
the room was clean but we couldn't have maid service. breakfast was good but cold everyday with no variety the same thing everyday. parking was good right next to our room. couldn't use the inside pool for 2 nights because they were cleaning it. my daughter was disappointed.

The room was nice and clean. Nice balcony attached to it. The breakfast was decent, I’d say it’s your average hotel breakfast. The downer was I was looking forward to using the Hot tub but it was broken. I didn’t find that out until I got there.
The room was clean, and the staff was okay. I really loved my Mountain View room, and the indoor pool was a nice feature. However, the breakfast was disappointing, with very limited food choices.
The biggest downside was the parking situation. The parking area was too far from my room, which was especially inconvenient when it was raining. Guests were also parking in front of the entrance, blocking access for those who needed to drop off luggage or check in at the lobby. This made arrival frustrating, and I really did not like the parking arrangement.
Overall, I enjoyed the Mountain View and the indoor pool, but the poor breakfast selection and inconvenient parking took away from the experience. There is room for improvement, especially with parking and guest convenience.

The hotel is run down. Everything was clean. Did not use amenities. Staff was very friendly. Did not eat at hotel.
The staff treated us good at check in. Upon arriving to the section of the hotel with our rooms, we were met with an area in need of desperate repair. The location is great, the beds seemed clean, but rooms were old, worn, and not terrifically clean with a musty smell from the age of the carpet. We had two rooms, and one room the shower handle would not work, so we all got ready in the second room. When it was brought to the attention of the staff, we were simply told that maintenance would be made aware.
It really is a shame of the condition of the property as in its day was probably a main stay in North Conway.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well kept. There are two pool one indoor and one outdoor, the miniature golf course need help. We had a good time.
The main reason for choosing the property was so I could use a hot tub the time looks like it's been out of commissioning for a long time. Should have been, I noted on the ad.The extra money for the weekend could of stayedin a much newer modern place for that money place, it was once a gem. It seems lobby areas and restaurant was neat. Room was tired outdated not real clean. King Bed (tired) worn out. Being a property Manager the first thing I Noticed wa THE ROTTEN TRIM BOARD AROUND THE ROOF EDGE , EASY REPAIR. THE ROAD LEADING UP TO FRONT DOOR , POT HOLES, MUDDY SHOULDER THAT YOU HAVE TO WALK THRU TO UNLOAD LUGGAGE.
