"The staff were friendly but the room was very poor. It was very dated, small and in need of a huge renovation. The carpet was dirty and there were lots of marks or the furniture and walls. It was clean on the surface but I don’t think it had been deep cleaned for some time. The amenities were also poor."

"Excellent location within Stadium MK - I stayed for the marathon event and great for this purpose - some shops and plenty of restaurants in the area - I ate in the Pitchside lounge - parking was £10 for 24 hours which was reasonable (hotel guest special price) - I had breakfast included with my booking - this did not seem to be on their reservation for me and I was asked on a couple of separate occasions if I wanted to add and pay for breakfast which was a little frustrating as I had shown at check in when first asked that my booking had included breakfast. Room was very spacious and clean, good size fridge and tea/coffee/kettle - would definitely stay again"

"Staff on arrival were lovely and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, and the continental breakfast was reasonably good. The 3-stars is for the poor quality of the sleep alone. I booked the Holiday Inn specifically to be near the airport and get a good night's rest before my early flight. Sadly, I discovered the hotel decided to disable the AC and leave only a fan to cool the room, which meant it was very stuffy and warm, and combined with the lumpy pillows, I didn't sleep well at all."

"Can't speak highly enough of my stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I didn't get the name of the guy at the counter but he helped sort out a cot for my daughter as well as a mini-fridge, really felt he went the extra mile. Room itself was quiet and clean and in great condition. My only small complaints (and this is minor stuff): breakfast is just ok, when you get out of bed in the night there is a light that turns on automatically - I saw elsewhere in the reviews that people liked this but I like my room dark so I would this quite annoying, it would be good if there was an option to swtich it off (this may exist and I just missed it). Overall though great stay and I would not hesitate to reccommend staying here."

"Been to a few hotels in the area and I can't lie this was by far the best. Located right next to the mall so everything I needed was a walk away, the ambience was simply amazing. And the staff were amazing seriously, these guys give above and beyond a new meaning. Paticularly, a receptionist named Sab or Sabia (sorry I'm not good with names) but she was warm, polite and incredibly helpful to us throughout our stay. If I should ever visit luton again, I'll definitely be seeking their facility. She may not read this but it needs to be said, thanks for all your help Sabia.🙏"
