"Not impressed I always book a reasonable room and king bed. As a premium member (VIP) you should be acknowledged on check-in Upgrade if available . For one night not bothered . However Ido appreciated being downgraded to a lower room no windows. It appears deliberate hoping the guest won’t notice. Approached desk and they apologise for the confusion and will fix. They didn’t a distinct feeling this wasn’t a simple error…. keep the More expensive room to on sell Would stay again trust broken"

"Had a great time and especially the morning house keeper Mei Ling. I dunno if I spelled it correctly but she is a ray of sunshine! She is a keeper! She loves what she does and she is kind to us. The buffet was spectacular but one of our companions slipped on the floor and was not offered any compensation but a bag of cold compress. The pool is good, the staff at the resto were attentive. The the Tarik guy is A+ also the guy who was serving koi roti."

"Had a high expectation because of the newness of the hotel. The price that we paid also not cheap for the amount of sqm we were getting. Location is great. Walking distance to Orchard Rd, and easy to access by taxi or Grab. Lobby was beautiful and has a very nice open door and beach vibe. Staff were helpful and direct, was expecting a more friendly and helpful gestures. Even with the status I have from Hotels.com - I didn't get any upgrade or additional perks. Overall stay is OK. "

"I stayed here for 2 nights last week, and i appreciate that they do the small things right. Soft closed everything, easy check-in, a welcome drink, options for pillow softness level, room slippers, good hot shower, strategically-placed plugs (and usb plugs), comfortable sheets, cold AC, filtered tap water, and a great location to explore Singapore. "I stayed for a week and could’ve stayed another! Such a great location, spotless, hip, and friendly staff with delicious food at diner, at the pool, and the restaurant. The room had modern equipment and the beds were super comfy. Zero noise from outside. Key staff were: SuSu in the restaurant, Tom out at the pool bar, and Tasha who gave the Thursday tour from the Standard bus! She was so fun and adorable! Honestly i will come back to Singapore to stay at this hotel because it was just so easy...
