"Hotel maid was friendly, very efficient. I loved her little personalized greetings left in the room. Breakfast was excellent! Make sure to keep this well advertised as having a great breakfast was key to our staying here. It saves so much time from having to run around and find a restaurant. Great breakfast offerings. Hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to requests or questions. Negatives: the hotel pool/jacuzzi was not available again (this is not the first time we have stayed there when the pool has been unavailable and the pool/jacuzzi was key to choosing this hotel establishment), we were offered access at a different hotel in the area but this defeats the purpose, I loved that the daily 24 hour coffee is back however I am missing the flavored creamer as in past visits, would have liked to utilize the computer and printer (at the business station)but front desk person did not know access codes, lastly my travel companion found a nest of bugs (maybe termites) in the corner of the dining room seating. With carpeted floors in this area and inevitable spills of breakfast food or beverage additional attention to cleanliness is imperative. Loved the outside appearance of hotel whereas some floral planting has already been done. Otherwise great location highly recommend!"
