"Horrible experience! No personal contact, left key in door for check in, no service, had to ask twice & go & get fresh towels while staff played on her phone. A muddy mess for drive thru with no service for mud covered floors due to this. No outlets by bed nor in bathroom. Mold in shower. Pay extra and get a real motel!"
