"Property was good with friendly staff. They can improve their rooms. There was No electrical power on outlets, no charging stations for phones and their own room phone was not working. Breakfast was good but they should add at least toasts or bread rolls to the menu. "

The lounge Rose Rye was nice on a Friday evening, drinks were good and food was good. They were always packed with people going up to the lounge. Valet was a bit tricky but okay. We were surrounded by a lot of restaurants and Lenox mall within walking distance "

"We arrived late. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. It was a bit noisy in the hallway, but we couldn’t hear any of the noise in the room. The bed was comfy with a solid shower. Great value in a nice location. Valet is expensive but that’s standard for this area. "

"Breakfast options were limited to pretty much the same things both days of our stay. Misleading picture of a balcony on hotel’s website/hotel has no balcony. Only a pool as form of entertaiment for the kids. Cleaningness was great. Furniture on lobby needs upgrade. Staff was friendly. Location was good, but attractions were all drives away. Overall for our first time staying there, I would rate the hotel 6 out of 10!"
