"I had a very pleasant stay at Heritage Inn Express. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything I needed was there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I really appreciated the good value for the price. It was a comfortable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you to the staff for making my visit a pleasant one!"

"The pool was supper dirty, the Jacuzzi was also looking really dirty and not in service. It looks like it had a mold.. I was disappointed because the only reason I booked the stay was to have a relaxing day enjoying the pool and Jacuzzi. Not to mention there was a couple with the same reason as me, he even got the net to clean the pool himself, but once we saw the bottom was dirty too he went to make a complained. Also I didn’t like the fact the rooms were across the lobby , you had to walk trough the parking lot to get to your room It was a total waste of money and my day. I reached out to the manager to complain, but it’s been two days and I have not gotten a call back.. A sign should have been posted to let people know jacuzzi it’s out of service."

"Staff was great and brought joy to their jobs, especially the omelette guy and Antonio, the bee whisperer. Amazing breakfast. Clean, comfortable hotel within walking distance of everything we wanted. Even when the central gathering area was rocking we could hear nothing from our room."

"I just had a short 2 day stay, but I will most definitely be staying here the next time I come through Sacramento. Very spacious room with full size fridge, microwave, dish washer, 2-burner stove, coffee maker and various cooking and eating/drinking supplies. Very comfortable bed and nice and quiet. The free breakfast in the morning is a nice added plus. Front counter folks are professional and very accommodating. Didn't get a chance to try it, but they have a pool and racquetball court as well as barbecues available to use."
