"Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."

"We had a wonderful time exploring the Island for the first time. The property is clean and well kept, all the basics are stocked. The location is perfect for day trips to Volcano NP, Waimea, Hawi, and Hilo. Only problem is there is so much to see and never enough time! Looking forward to void next visit! "

"Absolutely perfect base for exploring the Big Island kama'aina style! The location is right in the heart of historic Kailua with so many things within walking distance. Property is run by a couple, so communication was fantastic and their care for the place really shows. The property is peaceful and scenic, with a great saltwater pool and relaxing screened lanai. Even better, it was fully stocked with beach gear, so the fact that I wasn't able to fit fins into my luggage was no problem!"

"The property is dated but the condo we stayed in was nice and a updated. There is no smoking on the property (like most places). There is an AC unit in the the bedroom only but the air pulls into the living area fairly nicely. "
