"The property advertises that it includes breakfast. This is an expensive hotel, not an Econolodge type hotel. When you arrive at the very beautiful breakfast room, only the bread, cereal, coffee, and juice is included. They charge you for the hot food. And the cereal is served in the single serving box. It feels like a bait and switch. They get all the hotel guests to come for breakfast and after sitting at the table and reading the menu you find out it isn’t really included as advertised."

"Fire pits didn’t work and the front desk didn’t care or even offer to help when we asked. No microwave in the rooms, mini fridge sits on the ground in the walkway so there is barely and room to walk between the bed and tv. Overall a terrible experience and will not stay there again."

"Overall not the greatest but somewhat good for an affordable one night stay. Wasn't our first choice since everywhere was booked for the world cup. The surrounding community felt sketchy. Room temperature was never consistent. It was either too cold or too hot. Bathroom was a sliding door that had an open hole so privacy is not good but ok for couples. I give 10 out 10 for staff friendliness. Get to breakfast early starting 6am. Do not go past 8am when everyone is there. People have no manners....

Notified the Hotel Manager and they couldn't fix the Alarm Clock. Elevator breaks down on occasion. Breakfast is terrible. Grand Hotel needs new Management who is willing to listen to the hotel guest."
