"I picked Pear Tree because it was so close to the airport for a quick overnight stay and that they had a shuttle. As a solo woman traveler i wanted to be sure i could be picked up by the hotel. On arrival i was greeted by the super nice desk clerk. When going to my room there was some cleaning product that had leaked onto the floor and the desk clerk quickly remedied the issue and gave me another room. The room was clean, the sheets were awesome, bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Being so close to the airport you do hear plane noise so i did pack some earplugs. The bathroom and all the amenities in the room were clean and in working condition. The hot breakfast was good. The coffee could have been better but it was ok. All in all it was a very good and economical option for an airport hotel. Would recommend for sure."

"The hotel was in a good location and right across from Union Station and its entertainment amenities. Staff was very friendly and gave me recommendations to visit around the city. At night, it is a bit isolated and would only recommend one drive to other areas instead of walking."

"The West End was exactly what I needed. An economical hotel in a great location. The lighting was not the best and I could have used a couple of more clothes hangers, but otherwise it had everything I needed for my stay in St. Louis."
