"Dune Hotel has a cute Palm Springs look and some potential, but unfortunately our stay did not live up to expectations. The overall vibe is stylish, and the location is convenient, but the experience felt more frustrating than relaxing. For the price, we expected a more polished and comfortable stay. The property felt like it needed more attention to detail, and the service did not feel especially warm or attentive. Basic parts of the stay felt disorganized, and instead of feeling taken care of, we often felt like we were just managing around the hotel’s shortcomings. Palm Springs has so many beautiful boutique hotels, so it was disappointing that this one did not feel more special. The design and atmosphere are there, but the hospitality and overall guest experience need improvement. It was not a completely terrible stay, which is why I would not give it one star, but I also would not rush back or recommend it over the many other better options in Palm Springs."

"Everything was wonderful, the parking, staff, massages, food at the grill, the coffee, all of it except the beds in room 232. The beds need to be replaced asap. Super uncomfortable, but I will definitely stay there again because everything else was indeed awesome. The massage was definitely one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend!"

"The room was amazing, much better than I expected. It certainly was clean. I was blown away by the breakfast options. The staff was extremely friendly. I was so impressed with this facility that I booked another night!"
