The property was nice but our room had issues, air conditioning didn’t work, light in the bathroom flickered when door gets shut, and the vanity was water damaged.

Awesome stay. Super pet friendly. Staff helpful at every turn—especially at breakfast. So many yummy options to choose from and oatmeal was homemade and not instant!! Thank you for a great stay

Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. Hashbrowns, omelets, and many other choices. Quiet. Clean. Slept well. Staff was great. Pool really nice too. Only frustration was housekeeping started knocking on doors before 8am and started opening our door when we were still waking up. Then they came back again about 9:30 while I was showering and started opening the door again. My young daughter stopped them. It would’ve just been nice if they didn’t come until we were checked out because it made us feel rushed to leave. But otherwise our stay was very good!

Customer service was great and breakfast was delicious! Semi-clean (hair on the bathroom floor, a needed some dusting) and a problem w the shower faucet.

I wanted a room in the new section but manager had them reserved for ??. She put us in an old section in a repainted room that was not very clean. Paid a Hilton price making it a bad value.

Appears to be a fairly new facility. All amenities are very nice and modern. Like having breakfast included. Easy off and easy on I-80.

Our father passed away, so we needed aomething that would accommodate 9 of us. We got 3 rooms with 3 beds each! Room were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great hot breakfast also as well as hit tub to relax in!

Very clean! Staff were knowledgeable, organized, and friendly. We stayed at 4 different hotels this past trip and Best Western Plus North Platte was by far the most impressive.

A great stay
Great experience. Booked room about a couple hours from arrival 2 beds one King one Queen that option of beds is a great bonus by itself. Check in easy check out easy. Climate control was great keeping room at comfy 68. Very clean and welcoming property

Dogs in the rooms is our big issue. There is no way dogs should be in the areas where people are eating. If you want to let dogs in the rooms make a special area from them. We will not be staying at your motel again unless you change your ways.

The property was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast the first day was delicious, the second day the eggs were watery and the sausage links were crispy. Otherwise one of better stays in the North Platte area.
