"The staff was very friendly and the hotel is quite charming with history. Typical of Fairmont hotels. A great hotel for spoiling or treating others. I agree with the over all rating of the other hotel reviews of it. Recommend to stay at if interested in staying at. Just remember it is an old hotel of 1915 and has been updated since then."

"The last day of our stay our room never got cleaned, or beds made. Kleenex box was empty and toilet paper roll was almost done. The simply left 4 towels on the bathroom vanity, and took the empty bottles that were on the counter we used to refill water for our day trips, and that was all. We were also missing a cell charger cord from the middle of our stay. The block was still in the wall but cord was missing. We have unpacked our vehicle and luggage since the stay and it was not there."
