"The hotel is great no issues with the pool and property. I believe the day shift manager is a little ruff. Perhaps she had a bad day! I was a little early for check in and although the rooms was ready I had to pay an early check in for BOTH my rooms. I reserved two rooms because I brought other people."

"Everyone I encountered on staff here is congenial and helpful. I was traveling with someone who has mobility problems and they switched her room after we arrived because it wasn't as accessible as another room. Just above and beyond in customer care and the room and bathroom are absolutely immaculate "

"The night staff for check in was very helpful and friendly. The room itself was spacious and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The a/c kept the room nice and cool during the humid day. We would stay there again. "

"I really liked this property for many reasons and I walked everywhere except to Newport. It’s an easy drive and well worth it just to walk around and see historic places. Everyone was wonderful and welcoming."
