"Room was good and in fair condition. Not what we expect from a Hampton Inn. Our stay was a bit noisy but overall, our stay was fine. Again, not what we are used to at a Hampton Inn."

"Compared to the Wyndham hotel across the street from them this is a five star motel. It was very clean I was going to no smoking room the room smelled great it was quiet. The property is always maintained well. Very clean. Staff is always very helpful. Completely enjoyed myself in a nice clean room. And I use a lot of hotels and motels so when I say it was clean it was a nice It definitely was 💯"

"When you arrive at the motel, your first impression is what was I thinking. The outside is not an indicator of the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms are very nice inside and i'm a very picky traveler. Beds were very nice. Actually, the whole experience inside was wonderful. Nice little cafe next door to get food. I would spend the night there again."

"This property is completely outdated in some of its rooms. Things are actually held together with tape. No comforter on the bed they did have a blanket in between two sheets that was on the bed. Stains on the furniture very bad things on the furniture. The room I stayed in the door had a gap in it wide enough where you can see daylight out into the parking lot. I happened to walk around the outside of the building on the front of the building and the Eve is riding off the front of the building....

"Beautiful hotel with great history. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and welcoming even with us checking in late in the evening. The nice gentleman at the front while getting my keys ready, explained the story of the hotel and all of its many transformations which was interesting to hear. We will return again if we end up needing a place to stay in Roanoke!"

"The Econo Lodge is exceptionally convenient to I-581 and the Berglund Center which is directly across the road. Staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. They offer a continental breakfast but this property is a no-frills type of accommodation. Still, the location, price point, and convenience make it a great choice when in the downtown Roanoke area. Will certainly stay again."

"The breakfast menu varied each day and the cheese omelets were outstanding! Celeste & Deidre checked on us often to see if we needed anything or how we were doing...great service, thanks! Had a nice, large room with a comfortable king bed. Very quiet on the 9th floor and convenient to elevators and vending ice machines."
