"Such a beautiful house- we hardly wanted to leave to go sightseeing! Kids loved the bunk beds, roasting marshmallows and playing board games on the porch. Definitely would come back!"

"The name “Little Beaver Inn” is in our opinion, misleading. It is actually a simple motel room, not an inn. You can use the kitchen and living room in the nearby Lodge (same owners). That property is FAR superior to the “Inn”, yet only costs about $15/night more. With taxes, the $190/night felt quite overpriced for the small hotel room. The quality of materials and construction are nice, particularly the bathroom. However, it is a big stretch to consider this an Inn. Had we known it...

"I was in unit two, very clean with a nice balcony. The only downfall was there is no sink in the bathroom or a place to put toiletries and there was not a chair in the room.. the first night I was there. The smoke alarm battery was going and maintenance. Repaired it right away very helpful and friendly staff."

"Arrived at the property and was assigned a room at the end of the hall with easy access from the outside, although the pad was broken and you couldn’t get in from the back of the property went into my room. There was no soap, no towels no shower curtain no wonder it’s not very busy."

"Showed up to the hotel…? More like a motel. There was no lights outside, the parking lot was completely full. And no body was in the office and waited outside for 20 min before getting help. Another couple had walked in before me and ended up telling the manager that they were going to leave and stay somewhere else. So I asked them the reason why and had said the rooms were disgusting… so right then and there I told the manager to just cancel our stay. Totally unacceptable won’t recommend or be...

"Hotel was very nice. Room was exceptional..looked like it had recently been upgraded...very nice wood floor, furniture looked new. Very comfortable room, excellent location, very close to shuttle bus stop."
