"When we arrived, there was a ton of confusion. A film crew was setting up to film scenes in an upcoming Amazon film. We were directed to the rear of the property as we were mistaken as some of the crew. When we finally did get to check in with the front desk they told us that "this was only going on for the next few days" which meant our entire stay. Next, after settling into our room, our vehicle was entirely surrounded by gear belonging to the film crew. There was poor communication between...

"So close to Hunter Mountain, we made first chairs everyday! Very clean, great restaurant, perfect location! King Room with Patio was very large and comfortable. Great pillows too! "

"The room was clean and spacious. Easy to get into and leave. The bed was incredibly comfy. The heater struggled a little with how cold it was (less than 20 degrees) but we kept it on the whole time and it was adequately warm. The bathroom was very big and the shower was really nice. "

"Conveniently located and recently renovated hotel with comfortable rooms. It was a great value complete with sauna, pool and great continental breakfast. "

"Very disappointed. The Shower did not have hot water and many discussions with manager and front desk- they finally opened another room so we could all go back and forth for a shower. Lucky it was vacant!!!! for the money we spent i would not expect this. This was an inconvenience and no apology at all!!! The reception people were very weird. Gossiping and complaining to each other. They did not seem to know anything about the town or what was open or good No mood at all no...

"Room was ok less the filthy toilet shower and floors through out full room. You needed shoes to keep ur feet clean even in your own room. The entire building stank of smoke and filth and our reservation was somehow marked no show so when we arrived to check in it took 30 minutes for them on the phone to sort it out. Won’t be staying here ever again"

"it's sprawling and has a lot of amenities. I think it's fabulous for kids - they had a magic show, cookie decorating, smores. They have an onsite bakery and restaurant. Tubing. They have shuttles, so you don't feel "stuck." It is very family friendly. I would say it's actually for families versus couples. "
