"We stayed in one of the outside entry newer suites. It was clean and roomy. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very modern. There was an abundance of charging wall outlets, which was very convenient. All staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again when visiting Kilkenny. "

"I think your room type can really decide how your stay was here- we upgraded to the castle view suite and were obsessed with our room. Other parties staying on lower floors enjoyed the hotel but the experience was very different. For the castle view suite, you have a stunning view of the castle and a lot of modern touches, like a heated towel rack, rain shower and tub with bath salts, lights that can automatically turn to night mode or open your blinds, and some free alcohol in your fridge.
