Beautiful, modern & immaculately clean hotel, within minutes of Shannon Airport. It sits in the shadow of Bunratty Castle, along with lovely restaurants, pubs & shops within walking distance. I look forward to staying there again in the future, when flying in/out of Shannon.

The location is wonderful... steps from the castle and from shops and cafes. The hotel is beautiful, especially the entry and seating area. There is a steak house in the hotel. The rooms were nice, very comfortable mattress and pillows. Everything was clean and new. The pool, gym, sauna, and steam rooms were a wonderful addition.

The hotel is in the completion stage of construction, everything is new. The spa was available to use at no cost thus making this a wonderful place for a two night rejuvenation stay. We did not use the restaurant however the breakfast was well done.

Our family travelled around Ireland and London for 2 weeks and stayed at 9 different hotels and this was the best hotel we stayed at even though it was the least expensive. The newly remodeled rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff was very friendly and it was within walking distance of the Bunratty castle and other restaurants. The most pleasant surprise though was the spa with a beautiful pool and saunas along with a great workout facility. If you are planning to stay anywhere near this hotel I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel. Obviously being refurbished as the room was spacious and very well kitted out. Comfortable bed. Very clean all round. The only thing was, staff were very nice but lacked experience. Bar staff were under pressure during peak hours 7pm onwards. I don't think they had enough bar staff but plenty of inexperienced floor staff. Their inexperience was not the staffs fault as their personality was fab. The hotel, in my view could do with putting their staff through some training and it would be money well spent. Restaurant food was good, steaks were top class and cooked to perfection. Starter menu wasn't great it could do with a few common starter dishes like, chicken wings, or maybe a smoked salmon starter salad with Irish brown bread or a chowder. Would I return? yes I would but if the restaurant and bar was busy, I'd go elsewhere to eat. 40 min wait between starter and main course is a little too long.

Upon arrival, the hotel grounds are well-presented & maintained, with a welcoming entrance. The decor is stylish, and the building feels contemporary & clean. Our room was very spacious, with a really comfortable bed, all amenities required and a modern bathroom. A genuine highlight for me was the lit mirror that also has Bluetooth - meaning music while we showered and got dressed! Breakfast is a generous spread of high-quality hot options - thick cut bacon, homemade hashbrowns, eggs to order - to cold choices of smoked salmon, meats, fruits, yoghurt, cereal, scones & more! I also noted a really great gluten-free range. The coffee is delicious and the fresh juices were lovely too. Possibly one of the best hotel breakfasts I have enjoyed. The staff were also very attentive, clearing plates, replenishing stock & helping out clientele. As an avid gym goer, the fitness suite was an important fixture, and it was perfect to get a good workout in. There is a mix of cardio equipment, a range of dumbells up to 30kg, benches, a few weighted machines, cables including lateral pull down, & a smith machine. Easily got a good workout in. The pool is relaxing, the sauna, steam and hot tub are great too. Very chilled vibe. One downfall for me was that upon booking, I wasn't made aware that spa treatments weren't available - and I was planning on booking some in.

I had booked the hotel for the previous night as I was arriving early in the morning. I have had problems with this in the past; they were ready for me and check in was seamless. The location is excellent with multiple places to dine a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
