"The staff were fine, no problem there. The room was very small, meh, but the bathroom smelled strongly of cat urine. I love cats, they should be allowed in hotels, but y'all gotta get some Nature's Miracle or something for when one of them pees in a room. "Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Only real issue was parking. Though, Chris was awesome to offer us his spot and thankfully we found a spot.
Second amazing piece. I left my toiletries in the room and Chris looked into it and was able to get them shipped to me which was awesome.

"We got the junior suite which we very enjoyed. Room is spacious and clean. Front desk staff Denise was very nice and professional. Strong enough Wifi and great organization on Easter Day with egg hunting events for kids. We didn’t participate but we enjoyed the view and liveliness of it. One down side, we requested amenities but didn’t receive service after a long wait. I had to ask the housekeeping team in the morning for things I asked for the night before."

"Food was excellent with a very nice selection for breakfast. Food fresh and plentiful each day. Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.
Room was clean and beds comfortable. Sheets did not fit well and kept coming off. Heat/AC source was efficient and quiet….very welcoming in motel setting.

"If you are not on the 3rd floor, the noise from people above you is terrible. They are loud and disturbing. Breakfast time is chaotic for guests and staff alike, making it difficult to keep food stocked. Too bad the staff isn't able to make the waffles for the guests. Guests are coughing and touching their hair while touching the food.
The staff is extremely courteous and is doing their best to accommodate guests. "
