Myra was the front desk attendant & bartender.
She was very friendly, helpful and professional. She went above and beyond to help us kick off our vacation.
We would definitely stay at Hawthorne again.

"Love this place but when it comes to Summer time I wish the lazy river and pools were doubled. There’s so many people. I love it though. Clean up was lacking around the pool area (cups and towels everywhere) were piled up and I had to throw stuff away to make room for my family. Other than that, always fun, relaxing and amazing!"

"We liked the hotel host, free coffee, the room was okay, clean, but the lighting in the room was not good, air conditioner was very cold,adjust temp to low. AC still stayed cold. The worst part was the very old used hallway furniture, chair and sofa had fleas, we got bit a lot. Our family would sit and play card gamea, but we had stop,due to the flea bites.The gym and out door pool was great. If you toss out that old hallway furniture. We would consider staying again.
It is close to the IAH Bush...

"The hotel was a step up from a motel. Comfortable beds and decent pool. Breakfast staff had a hard time keeping up with keeping the food stocked and front desk staff were pretty unfriendly. Not the best stay and had higher expectations but it did the job."

"Late check in was great and fast, delightful receptionist for that hour.
Room was very clean and spacious.
Morning breakfast was a nice surprise, enough of a variety for everyone’s taste.
Interaction with all staff member during my visit was very great.
Started with location of a water bottle filler (like at the airports) as I walked into the lobby upon arrival. Guy must have read my mind!!
Great stay, highly recommend."
