"First time staying at this hotel and we will definitely stay again. The hotel was quiet, plenty of parking and nice facilities. Rooms were neat and clean. Restaurant was nice. Only complaint was that the hotel bar closed at 10pm on Saturday night. Should be open later."
"You get a good continental breakfast plus theres an omelet station allowing the guest to choose the fillings, the staff were all warm and welcoming, Shopra ( not sure if I got it right ) in the breakfast stop by in our table asking us how were doing , which is very nice and accommodating, I would definitely check in again in the Embassy Suites in Marlborough if Im around that area"

Tv had some cool features, appreciated they had free allergy friendly cookies to offer us and check in / check out couldn’t have been easier. Even locked my self out of my room like an idiot and they got me a new key in seconds after verifying it was me."

"Carlos was super awesome. So accommodating and friendly. I was a bit of a Karen about the initial room we got and he without hesitation showed us another and made it happen in minutes... this man needs a raise! "

Dust covered all surfaces, and broken glass on the floor by the bed.
I did not complain because I drove 10hrs and was exhausted.
