"We have stayed at this hotel before and chose it again for its convenience. This time, when booking a room for our family of four (two adults and two children), I specifically selected a room that included breakfast.
Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed me that breakfast was not included in our booking. I had to search through my emails to show them the confirmation that clearly stated breakfast was included. Even then, they only provided breakfast vouchers for two people instead of four.
When I questioned this, they explained that the room rate only includes breakfast for two guests. This raises the obvious question: if the room is intended for four people, why does the included breakfast only cover half the occupants?
The staff member was quite unhelpful throughout the interaction. It doesn’t make sense that a family room for four people only comes with breakfast vouchers for two."
