"Air conditioning in our original room was not working, and the temperature inside reached 32°C, making the room unbearably hot. This really affected our experience in Jiufen, especially during the summer heat. We were moved to another property farther away that required climbing many stairs, which was inconvenient with luggage. Unfortunately, the replacement room also did not meet expectations, as it felt unclean and poorly maintained."

"Customer service was superb. Service crew will personally bring you to the hotel room. Wide range of food to choose from the buffet dinner. Green bean soup, mee sua, etc were also served between 130 to 430pm. Breakfast options could be improved."

The room was much bigger than I expected and very clean despite how many bugs there were outside. I don’t know how they managed to keep it so clean, it was very impressive. 100/10"
