"Everything about the hotel is okay. Nothing is especially good or bad, just okay. New ownership and some things about the property have declined in importance with the new owners (i.e. breakfast quality, landscaping, general maintenance). There are now additional fees for parking (per car, pets) so your rate may be higher than you expected. I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t stay here again, because the room was clean, but I would look at other options next time."

"It was a busy weekend, we arrived for the 4th of July festivities. We parked at the garage but needed to wait a while for a space. The Carriage Way provided a card for free parking (two nights) and also gave us a gift (champagne) for the parking inconvenience! Our room was on the main floor right in the main lobby but it was surprisingly quiet. We loved all the amenities ( free water, sodas, and even red and white wine and homemade cookies). "Great hotel, great location. Customer service was great. Breakfast was good for the price. Great bar in the lobby the food was very good for dinner. Walking distance to great attractions.
Just be aware that the hotel offers complementary bikes, but they are not in conditions to be used flat tires and have rust and very dusty bikes. Mind you they have two good bikes in the front that they don’t allow you to use."
