"This hotel is 5 minutes away from the university, which is convenient for an early morning college visit. Nice breakfast included. Right next to a strip mall with a grocery store that closes at 10pm. The room was spacious and comfortable."

No waffles (why my family wanted to stay here) -- looks like waffle iton is old & needs to be replaced. "Great location! The Gorge trail to the falls is right next to the Inn. Breakfast was delicious, but wish there was more to choose from. My husband was hoping for eggs and bacon, which was available, but for an added charge. Overall a great stay and would return."

"Great location, 2-minute walk to Ithaca Commons, 5 minute drive to Cornell University. Rooms are clean, hotel is well maintained. Free parking available 2 complains: 1. no hot tub, only pool and the water is a bit cold (even though it's scorching outside) 2. security is a bit lax. side doors and elevator have card readers but guests are not required to use them even late at night."
