"It's a little non-traditional with the remote check-in, parking, etc. but it all works if you read what they send to you. The room felt like someone's apartment, and there is no signage on the building so you kinda have to know where you're going. But the underground parking felt secure, the room was comfortable, and the location is great. "Hotel is not at all as described in the photos online. We booked a “partial ocean view” and I can assure you it was anything but that. We could see the ocean from 1 window and it was a tiny sliver of it. Our view was of the street and dozens of homeless people all over. Neighborhood is sketchy at night I would not recommend leaving the hotel at all. Overall the description of this hotel and rooms is misleading. Way too overpriced for what you get. Wouldn’t recommend / wouldn’t stay again."

"I love staying at this hotel. It is convenient to everything. Th staff is great! The only thing I would say is that it is time for them to replace the carpeting in the halls. It is very worn. That won’t stop me from going back though!!"

"非常に便利でコスパの良いホテルです。ダウンタウンの中心部にあり、グランドセントラルマーケットにも、大型スーパー（Whole Foods Market）にも徒歩圏です。部屋は十分に広く、フルキッチンで大型冷蔵庫もあり大きな食事用のテーブルもありました。欲を言えば食器がもう少し種類があるとさらに良かったです。湯沸かしポットがあると便利です。
駐車場も周囲に複数ありました。我々の部屋は３階で大通りから反対側でした。窓の外は１ｍ向こう側が壁なので、眺望を気にする人は向かないですが、静かでした。またシャワーの水量も十分でした。時期にも寄りますが、機会があればまた、予約すると思います。"
