"Absolutely delighted from the staff to the property and my room was excellent! My room very clean and comfortable. Fact that the room had a large refrigerator with built-in ice maker, a cooktop, dishwasher, and even a toaster ... I was just so happy. Everything was comfortable. And the staff was personable on every shift. I did have two issues. 1) The welcome message on the TV would not turn out and go dark so I had to finally just unplug the television because I like a dark room to sleep. 2) I did use a toaster for a few moments but luckily I was standing over it because it started to smoke. There was apparently a wire and something stuck in the heating elements. I was able to catch it immediately and just not toast the bread I had.
I turned all that into the staff. No big deal.
And everything was so walkable and the parking garage situation worked out well. I chose to use the parking garage as opposed to the paid lot next door. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Louisville."
